Coconut cakes

Ingredients

  • 200g dessicated coconut (1 packet)
  • 397g condensed milk (1 can)
  • chocolate sprinkles (or any other toppings)

Method

  1. Mix the desiccated coconut and condensed milk together
  2. Keep adding coconut until you have a dough-like mixture
  3. Roll into small balls
  4. Put the balls into cupcake/sweet cases
  5. Then let the kids decorate with whatever you have (chocolate sprinkles are nice on them)
  6. Put them in the fridge for half an hour to harden a little then eat!
