Cleanse Fat Burning soup

Breakfast

  1. Green tea with lemon
  2. Smoothies
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbs flaxseed
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Lunch

Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  •  4 celery stacks
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 squeezed lime
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

Dinner

  • 1 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup barriers
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/4 tbsp cayenne paper
  • 1 tbsp flexseed
